Think about your awareness and intentions while holding the Howlite stone. Place near bed area (bedside table, under pillow, etc.) to aid in alleviating rest and sleep issues.

Place under full moon for charging. Smudge with Sage stick or Palo Santo. Use a cleansing crystal, like Selenite. Avoid long periods of sitting water.

This more recent stone was discovered in the late 1800s in Canada . This sedimentary rock was used by Native Americans who made it known as the White Buffalo Stone and used in their various traditions for its spiritual connection.

This is a softer, porous stone. Handle with caution as this piece can break or chip easily.
