Thank you for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your items for any reason, we will be happy to assist you. Because of the personal nature and use of our products, we do not accept physical returns. All inquiries must be received within fourteen (14) days after the order was received. If there is an issue with any of our products, you may be entitled to either a store-credit, original refund, or item replacement. Please make sure to order items in accordance to your province, as we are not responsible and do not order refunds or replacements for confiscated, prohibited items by customs, during shipping. If you have any questions concerning our return policy, please contact us here.
